It Fitz Media Management exists to connect local businesses with their communities through authentic, high-quality visual storytelling. We strive to build trust with both residents and visitors by highlighting businesses that provide positive customer experiences and contribute to the communities they serve.

Stage 1 – Discovery & Consultation

Every prospective client begins with an on-site consultation. During this visit, It Fitz Media Management will evaluate the business, discuss marketing goals, and determine whether our services are a good fit. Consultation fees are non-refundable but will be credited toward a production package if the client moves forward within 30 days.

Stage 2 – Content Production

If both parties agree to proceed, we will schedule a content production session. This may include photography, videography, interviews, social media planning, and creative consultation.

Stage 3 – Publication & Promotion

Following client approval and final payment, content may be published organically and, if applicable, promoted through paid advertising or other agreed marketing channels.

It Fitz Media Management is a private business and reserves the right to accept or decline any prospective client, project, or collaboration at its sole discretion.

A decision not to move forward does not imply wrongdoing, illegality, poor quality, or misconduct by the prospective client. It simply reflects our independent business judgment regarding compatibility with our services, brand, scheduling, creative direction, or business objectives.

While every business is unique, we generally seek to work with organizations that demonstrate:

• Ethical business practices.
• Respect for employees, customers, and vendors.
• Safe and welcoming environments.
• Honest advertising and representations.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• A commitment to serving the local community.

It Fitz Media Management may decline or discontinue services if, in our sole discretion, a prospective or current client:

• Engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward our team.
• Requests deceptive, misleading, or unlawful advertising.
• Creates unsafe working conditions during consultations or production.
• Repeatedly fails to communicate or cooperate in completing the project.
• Requests content that conflicts with our professional standards or values.
• Fails to meet agreed payment obligations.
• Otherwise presents circumstances that make the working relationship unsuitable.

Acceptance as a client does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or warranty of the client's products or services. Likewise, declining a project should not be interpreted as a negative statement about the prospective client.

It Fitz Media Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any stage before publication if continuing the project would be inconsistent with our professional standards, contractual obligations, safety, or business interests. Any refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the signed service agreement.

Each prospective client is evaluated individually. Decisions are made using consistent business criteria without unlawful discrimination based on any characteristic protected by applicable law.
